Established in 2008, ABOC retail logs, smokeless fuels, charcoals, and associated solid fuel products.  We deliver to domestic and 70+ service stations from Alnwick to Teesside and West to Hexham with a fleet of modern 3.5tonne vans.

Delivery Radius, 15 miles (Click here for map)

Delivery is free within 15 miles of our base in Newcastle upon Tyne for orders over £50.  There is a £5 charge for orders below £50.  We would rather offer free delivery, so if your order is just below £50, consider adding a few items.  Our online sales site host (Shopify) uses Google Maps to render the distance between our base and your postcode to check it's within 15 miles.    

I live in the North East but outside of 15 miles:

ABOC cover most NE, SR, DH, DL, and TS postcodes with a higher minimum spend or a delivery charge.  Please contact us if you are outside of the 15 mile radius and are interested in our products.

Your address may not be registered on Google Maps properly, for example a new housing estate.  Worry not!  Place the order as pickup and make a note of the delivery problem. We will convert the order to delivery and fix your address on Google Maps.

Delivering fuels for 16 years has resulted in our business having a very fast and efficient process.  ABOC are highly customer focussed and guarantee you will be impressed with our service.

• All orders will be delivered within 5 working days of receipt or at your convenience.  Same/next day for postcodes within a few miles of our base: NE2, 6, 7, 12, and all of North Tyneside.  Typically, 3 days outside of this area.
• ABOC will email to acknowledge order receipt and arrange a suitable day and approximate time: Monday to Friday, AM or PM
• ABOC operate a no quibble refund or replacement service should you not be satisfied with any of our products
• If required, we will cut bags and pour smokeless fuel into your bunker free of charge, but bags need to be left in your recycling bin

Health and Safety of our Drivers

Fuel will be carried and stacked in a secure area within your home, but please understand the H&S concerns of our employees.  Drivers will be carrying up to 25kg bags and need to do that safely:

• No steps or trip hazards
• No slippery surfaces or slip hazards, e.g. ice or wet deck boards
• Not inside houses, this also protects yourself against falls inside your home
• Distance to drop/time allowance.  We allow 50kg per minute, for example 250kg (10 sacks or bags) 5 minutes.  This is easily achievable unless the fuel is being carried a long distance
• Thank you for your assistance and understanding regarding this.
